    KVH recommend the fitting of a 12 volt 10A or 24 volt 5 amp rated, regulated and smoothed power supply between the vehicle or vessels supply and input terminals of the TV series Hub. This will stop any power surges or spikes that can pass through the cabling in to the hub and corrupt the input circuit or cause SW issues or failure, which can result in the need to replace the antenna main PCB. Aerotrac respect this practice and will insist a unit is either purchased from us or supplied by the customer on any antennas we fit.
