You must inform us of faulty goods no later than 48 hours after delivery. You must return the goods to us in as new condition within 7 days with all original packaging. Goods that are found to be faulty by Aerotrac Limited will be replaced. No refunds shall be offered, where a service or fitting installation is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.

We may request a none refundable deposit to be made when items require fitting or for special orders.
